* Please Note:
- Our adoption fee is $300.
- We have a waiting list.
- We are a small rescue and always need foster families and volunteers.
- The Rescue is run solely by unpaid volunteers and most of us have full-time jobs, so please be patient with us and we will get back to you on your inquiries as soon as we possibly can.
-------------
Please consider coming out to join us this year as we attend dog rescue events.
It helps us raise money for the dogs' care and medical expenses
which have been averaging over $400 to bring the dogs up to date on shots and medical needs,
and more when we get special needs cases.

Who We Are

The Collie and Sheltie Rescue Association of SEVA is a volunteer-staff, non-profit organization, 501(c)(3) [Tax ID #541812331], that rescues,rehabilitates and rehomes collies and shelties who have been relinquished. Others are from shelters, because they are strays or have been abandoned. All of our dogs are fostered in the private homes of our volunteers, who have undergone the application process, rigorous home visits, and reports from their veterinarians. We bring every dog up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/ prevention and flea/tick prevention.We cover necessary surgeries to include spaying or neutering. Once vetted, our dogs are then eligible to be adopted to carefully chosen homes, where they will be loved, well cared for, and protected.  For the remainder of the adopted dogs' lives, the Collie and Sheltie Rescue Association of SEVA stays in touch with the adoptive families.  Here at the rescue we are a growing family.
